JOE PERRY "Sweetzerland Manifesto"

Joe Perry prépare son nouvel album solo, 'Sweetzerland Manifesto', pour sa sortie le 19 janvier 2018.
Les 10 nouveaux titres ont tous été écrits ou co-écrits par Joe Perry, à l'exception d'une reprise de 'Eve Of Destruction' avec Joe au chant et Johnny Depp à la batterie. Sur l'album figurent des invités parmi ses amis, collègues et icônes du rock and roll : citons 'Aye, Aye, Aye', co-écrit par Joe avec le chanteur Robin Zander et trois autres titres en collaborations avec David Johansen, qui chante 'I Wanna Roll', 'Haberdasher Blues' et 'I'm Going Crazy', ainsi que d'autres co-écrit avec Terry Reid 'I'll Do Happiness' (avec Zak Starkey à la batterie), 'Sick & Tired' et 'Won't Let Me Go'.
"Sweetzerland Manifesto" a été enregistré au studio 1480 à Los Angeles et produit par Joe Perry et Bruce Witkin, avec Johnny Depp en tant que producteur exécutif et l'aide supplémentaire de Jack Douglas, qui a co-écrit et co-produit un certain nombre de pistes. Il a été conçu par Witkin et Tony Perry. L'album a été mixé par Tony Perry avec Ari Blitz en tant qu'assistant mixage chez After Master à Los Angeles. Sur l'album, Joe fait également équipe avec ses fils Tony et Roman sur 'Spanish Sushi', qui a été produit et arrangé par The Perry Boys avec Joe à la guitare et à la basse, Roman ajoutant la programmation de synthétiseurs et Tony à la batterie.

CRASHDÏET "Gabriel Keyes"

Le groupe suédois a recruté Gabriel Keyes comme nouveau chanteur. Gabriel, frère du bassiste de HIGHRIDE, Kriss Keyes, est le quatrième chanteur de CRASHDÏET, auparavant mené par Dave Lepard (2000-2006), H. Olliver Twisted (2007-2008) et Simon Cruz (2009-2015).
Un tout nouveau single intitulé "We Are The Legion" sortira le Nouvel An.
Le premier spectacle de CRASHDÏET avec Gabriel aura lieu le 30 mars 2018 à Kägelbanan à Stockholm en Suède.

ANTHRAX "Kings Among Scotland"

ANTHRAX sortira un DVD live, intitulé Kings Among Scotland, le 27 Avril 2018 via Megaforce. Il reprend le concert joué à guichets fermés par le groupe le 15 Février dernier au Barrowland Ballroom de Glasgow, en Écosse. Le DVD comprend l'intégralité du spectacle ainsi que des interviews, des séquences tournées dans les coulisses, dans les hôtels etc.
Le concert est divisé en deux parties : la première consacrée à des titres choisis par les fans et la seconde où le groupe a joué l'intégralité de l'album Among The Living.
La pochette est signée Steve Thompson (SLAYER, MOTÖRHEAD, IRON MAIDEN) en hommage au groupe Kiss (pochette de Rock And Roll Over).
Kings Among Scotland a été produit, réalisé, filmé et édité pour Film24Productions par Paul M. Green (OPETH, THE DAMNED, THE LEVELLERS) avec le son mixé par le producteur du studio d'ANTHRAX, Jay Ruston. Pour le tournage, Paul M. Green a utilisé 17 caméras, dont une grue et plusieurs Go-Pros mobiles.
La sortie du DVD sera précédée de la tournée co-headline nord-américaine d'ANTHRAX avec KILLSWITCH ENGAGE - "KillThrax 2018" - qui débutera le 25 janvier à Montréal.
