Le guitariste allemand Axel Rudi Pell sortira un nouvel album studio, 'Lost XXIII', le 15 avril 2022 via Steamhammer/SPV.

'Lost XXIII' est le 21e enregistrement studio de Pell et se compose de dix nouvelles chansons (plus l'intro). Il sera disponible en digipak, CD, double album vinyle, coffret en édition limitée et téléchargement numérique.

Le premier single, 'Survive', sortira en magasins et en numériques à partir du 18 février 2022. 

La sortie du deuxième single, 'Down On The Streets', est prévue pour le 25 mars 2022. 

'Lost XXIII' a été produit par Axel Rudi Pell, mixé par Tommy Geiger, masterisé par Ulf Horbelt, et la pochette a été une fois de plus conçue par Thomas Ewerhard (GOTTHARD, EDGUY, SONS OF APOLLO...).

AXEL RUDI PELL a terminé l'enregistrement et le mixage de son dernier album "Diamonds Unlocked II", dont la sortie est prévue le 30 juillet 2021, via Steamhammer/SPV.

Le successeur de l'album "Sign of the Times", qui a atteint le top 5 l'année dernière, est la suite de son enregistrement de reprises de 2007 "Diamonds Unlocked". La décision mûrement réfléchie de Pell de ne pas sortir de nouveau matériel pour la première fois en près de 15 ans est principalement basée sur la pandémie en cours et les restrictions actuelles sur les concerts live. Le chanteur de 61 ans explique que "cela n'a aucun sens de sortir de nouvelles chansons que nous ne pourrons pas interpréter en concert".

Un superbe document de sa dernière tournée qu'il n'avait pas du tout prévu, mais les enregistrements, de Bochum et de Budapest entre autres, étaient si bons qu'il ne se sentait pas en mesure de les supprimer.
